Just an AMA. I'll answer all questions, as long they aren't really weird.

man, i cut ties with someone and i feel like such a dickhead/mean. but i have to sometimes, mostly for the betterment of myself and the other person (mostly the other person though.). I dwell on things longer than i should and it just drains me, even though i know i should just move on already. Maybe its also because i shouldn't just cut ties with someone(?) and should talk to them like a normal person should and have a reasonable discussion, though it's WAY too late for that. But me and that person had 3 things in common, and mostly I felt like i couldn't really be true to them and also felt like i couldn't be true to myself or act the way i normally act, which is a bad sign, i think. though i'm probably never going to get over losing a friend. not going to sugarcoat it for myself though, its 100% my fault.

so, I wanna be clear. This time (no sitting around) I will actually start taking my game idea seriously. This game WILL take me quite a while to make + flesh out more since so far it's just going to be me doing everything from art, music, programming and also writing. I've already started work on designing the main character, who's name is Cunorin.

The game will be set in a modern day era in a city. The game will be a 2D city exploration / Visual Novel type game (think of sally face mixed more with VN) and will mix irl photography with everything as well. It will be inspired by "Oneshot" (because that game resonated with me and showed me that anything is possible) but not entirely taken from it, as I've had this idea since before I found Oneshot.

To give a short run down while not spoiling much or anything, You "play" as Cunorin and walk around his city, which he'll write and draw stuff in his journal as you explore and talk with "People.". then you go ""back"" to his house. The filling out the journal part isn't really THAT needed to progress, but can be filled out with writing, art and is also a main part of the game

(why would you just, ignore that part..?)

The title of the game will be 'Echoed Tomorrows.'

I will disclaim that the subjects in this game WILL be dark/grim and morbid

Another thing to note is this game is also pretty personal when it comes to some scenarios I have planned for it. since some will be based on my own experiences and thoughts on the world.

Everything I've talked about here IS subject to change (heavily.) and will most likely not be accurate to what I have in mind. Also this will be my FIRST game ever, so take what I say to not be as extravagant as it may seem. I'm thinking of making a demo version of the game first, then either opening a website to host updates or maybe a Patreon type thing with my Ko-fi where you could see the progress of the game Via progress reports and screenshots if it's well received.

This is really all I've wanted to say really, Mostly as a quick update as to where I'll be if my art schedule gets even more inconsistent. But I hope even from just this little post, some of you are at the very least intrigued by it.
